All clients will be deemed to have accepted Torbay Doggie Daze terms and conditions of service, and have read and accepted these terms upon booking our agreement forms within your consultation meeting
No bookings are confirmed until the booking/consultation form is filled out, signed and dates
Full payment for all of our services is to be paid within 7 days of the completion of our contract with you. We only accept Cash or Cheques or by online payment. If payment is not made within this time a charge of 2% of the total bill will be added for each day the payment is overdue.
Your pet's health is really important to us, so all clients must provide us with the name and address of a local Vet who you would like us to contact should the need arise in an emergency
The client must provide us with a name, address and telephone number of someone who would be capable of making any decision relating to the pets in an emergency. By providing us with a contact you are agreeing that this person has your permission to act on your behalf and any decisions that are made by your designated contact will not reflect or have any liability to Torbay Doggie Daze. If your contact is not available Torbay Doggie Daze reserve the right to consult with a Veterinary Surgeon and then to make a decision which is in the best interest of the health of your pet.
Within the consultation meeting Torbay Doggie Daze must be made aware of any behavioural problems that your pet may have. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of any future contract.
Torbay Doggie Daze are fully insured for Products/Public and Third Party Liability possible pets should be insured by the client. (Insured through National Petsitters)
Torbay Doggie Daze will care for your pets to the highest standards in your absence, however we will not be liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside the home whilst in our care.
Torbay Doggie Daze will not be held liable for any damage or loss to the client’s property either inside or out.
All pets must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm treatment regime.
We welcome Clients to telephone at any time during the day to check on their pets either by telephoning or texting the following number: 07906 621 310
We will always confirm your reservation with us the day before the appointment is due to start by text or phone
Torbay Doggie Daze will endeavour to vacate your home before you are due back, so that you are not inconvenienced, and we ask you to inform us of the time that you are due back. If you are delayed then please call and we can make further arrangements for your pets care and welfare, in the short or long period.
The Client will provide a key at the time of the initial consultation, and be returned on completion of the contract.
It is the Clients responsibility to pet-proof any area of the home to which the pet has access.
Your property must be secure with all external door and window locks working and fully operational. We reserve the right to employ a tradesman to remedy any security problems with the property, and you will be charges for the additional costs. It is vital to Torbay Doggie Daze, your pets and your property are kept safe.
Torbay Doggie Daze will not pass on your details to other companies or bodies. Your details will always be treated as private and confidential
Torbay Doggie Daze reserve the right to cancel any contract at anytime and with immediate affect.
The client must provide Collars and Leeds for the dogs; dogs will not be walked off the leash.
We take health and safety of your pet very seriously; and in extremely icy weather will not drive to ensure your pets safety and our own. On these few occasions, Torbay Doggie Daze has the right to re-schedule your appointment, and at no additional charge to the Client.
Torbay Doggie Daze can not be held responsible for free-roaming outdoor pets in the event of illness, injury loss or death.
